In Restaurant Tycoon 3, there are currently 6 different restaurant plots located on the map. Each player runs 1 restaurant at a time during gameplay. Players can also customize their restaurants in build mode, allowing them to differentiate their restaurants from others, and make them look how they want.
Creating a new restaurant[]
Once a player joins the game, they are able to choose where to spawn. If a player chooses a restaurant plot, they will be prompted with all of their saves. After a player creates a new save, they are able to choose their layout, being one of (number) pre-built designs, and a cuisine. Lastly, the player chooses their restaurant's name, which is limited to 60 characters. The player can then establish their restaurant
Each restaurant comes with 2 2-seater tables. The player also starts off with 100 
Cash. Each restaurant comes with 2 ovens, 2-3 kitchens, which are similar to preparation counters in RT2, and 1-2 order stands.
However, unlike RT2 and RT1, all pre-placed items such as tables, chairs, walls and floors when sold don't give money. This is to prevent easy money.
Info Signs[]

In Restaurant Tycoon 3, there are info signs outside of the restaurant. It shows your restaurant's name, rating, and likes. When interacting with it, if you own the restaurant, it will display the restaurant menu, allowing you to change its name, open/closed status, kick out customers, and view your restaurant's value.
If another player owns the restaurant and you interact with the sign, you will be given a prompt allowing you to give gifts. Liking is free, but other gifts cost 
Diamonds. Most gifts can give multiple likes.
