Workers are hired help for general service tasks around your restaurant. Workers are recruited through the Staff menu via a one-time 
Cash purchase. Each worker can be leveled up 5 times using cash to advance a certain aspect of a workers ability.
You can hire up to 8 of each worker type (excluding baristas which only allow 2), for a maximum of 18 workers total.
Hiring and Upgrading Workers increases the players Leadership Milestone.

Worker Types[]
Currently, there are three types of workers available in Restaurant Tycoon 3 - chefs, servers, and baristas.
Chefs[]
Chefs are responsible for preparing customer food orders that appear at a nearby order counter. They follow the same cooking process as the player, requiring identical equipment — currently a counter and a stove. Chefs operate faster than the player, especially after receiving upgrades. Chef's upgrades increase both their cooking speed and walk speed.
Their cooking duty can be turned off through the Edit Worker menu.

Servers[]
Servers are responsible for handling general customer service tasks - consisting of greeting customers, taking orders, serving food, and clearing dishes. Upgrading servers increases their walk speed and the number of plates they can carry.
The tasks a server does can be customized through the 'Edit Worker' menu.

Baristas[]
Baristas are responsible for handling drink orders that appear at a nearby counter. They follow the same process as the player requiring a Small or Large Drinking Machine (can be found in Build Mode, Kitchen). You can upgrade your barista to increase walk speed and the number of drinks they can carry.
